Teleguide è il nuovo servizio che ti accompagna alla scoperta della bellezza del patrimonio storico, artistico e architettonico della città. Approfondimenti, aneddoti, curiosità, sia in italiano che in inglese, in formato audio e video a disposizione sul tuo cellulare, senza limitazioni per le 24 ore successive al primo accesso. Teleguide rappresenta un modello di integrazione fra tecnologia e sistemi tradizionali d’informazione turistico-culturale.
Il servizio, infatti, trova nei pannelli installati in prossimità dei luoghi culturali, il punto di contatto tra la consueta comunicazione culturale ed il mondo dei contenuti digitali multimediali.
Con pochi semplici gesti la visita alla città diventa un’esperienza unica. Per fruire dei contenuti, infatti, basta scegliere tra le modalità di accesso (IVR, videochiamata, wap), digitare il numero 48255, seguire le indicazioni e inserire il codice numerico presente sui pannelli. Teleguide ti offre, così, una nuova chiave di lettura del territorio e del patrimonio culturale, un vero e proprio “museo a cielo aperto” sul tuo cellulare.

Teleguide is the new service which will help you discover the beauty of the historical, artistic and architectonic heritage of the town.
Elaborations, anecdotes, unknown facts, either in Italian or English, both in audio and video formats at your mobile’s disposal, with no limitations, for the 24 hours following the 1st access. Teleguide represents a model of integration between technology and the traditional tourist-cultural information systems. The service is located in the panels installed in the vicinity of the cultural sights, the point of contact between the usual cultural form of communication and the world of the digital, multi-media contents.
In a few easy steps the tour of the city becomes a unique experience.
In order to use the contents, all you have to do is choose the access mode (IVR, video-call, wap), dial the number 48255, follow the instructions and
insert the numeric code
on the panels.
Teleguide offers you a
new reading key of the territory and cultural heritage, a true and proper “open–air museum” on your mobile.
The service is provided by MP Mirabilia in co-operation with the Ministry for the Cultural Heritage.

Per accedere al servizio Teleguide ci sono tre modalità ed un solo numero, il 48255:
1) Solo Voce: chiama il 48255 (per utenti in roaming +39 339 99 48255), segui le istruzioni della guida vocale e inserisci il codice riportato sul pannello. In questo modo ascolterai l'approfondimento relativo al monumento che hai di fronte.
2) Wap: se hai un cellulare abilitato alla navigazione wap,
Teleguide ti offrirà tante immagini, video e audio per guidarti alla scoperta del patrimonio culturale. È sufficiente inviare al 48255
(per utenti in roaming
+39 339 99 48255) un sms con il codice riportato sul pannello, e il sistema ti invierà il link su cui potrai guardare e scaricare il video del monumento di tuo interesse.
3) Chiamata Video: se hai un cellulare abilitato, una semplice video-chiamata al 48255
(per utenti in roaming
+39 339 99 48255) ti condurrà alla scoperta di tante curiosità. Segui le istruzioni e inserisci il codice che troverai sul pannello, riceverai così l'approfondimento relativo a quel monumento.
Per una migliore qualità dell'audio si consiglia l'uso dell'auricolare.
Compatibilità
Servizi SMS:
Tutti i telefoni sono compatibili per questi servizi.
Servizi WAP:
Tutti i telefoni per i quali è prevista la modalità di connessione dati GPRS/EDGE/UMTS possono usufruire del servizio, in molti casi, almeno sui telefonini più recenti, il terminale è già predisposto per la navigazione WAP. Se non fosse disponibile occorre verificare con il proprio operatore mobile la corretta configurazione.
Servizio Video:
Solo i telefoni con accesso UMTS 3G possono usufruire del servizio, verifica la copertura con il tuo operatore mobile.
Servizio Audio:
Tutti i telefoni sono compatibili per questi servizi. |
There are three ways and only one telephone number to get access to the Teleguide service, the number being 48255:
1) Voice only: call 48255 (for roaming users +39 339 99 48255), follow the instructions of the vocal guide and dial in the code which you will find on the panel. In this way you will be able to listen to an elaboration regarding the monument in front of you.
2) Wap: if your mobile is supported by wap, the Teleguide will offer you a great variety of images, videos and audios in order to lead you through the discovery of the cultural heritage. All you need to do is send a text message to the no. 48255 (for roaming users +39 339 99 48255) mentioning the code on the panel, and the system will send you the link where you will be able to watch and download the video of the monument of your choice.
3) Video Call: if your mobile is qualified, a simple video-call to the no 48255 (for roaming users +39 339 99 48255) will lead you to the discovery of many unknown facts. Follow the instructions and dial in the code which you will find on the panel and you will then receive the elaboration regarding that particular monument. For a better audio quality we recommend the use of an ear-piece.
Compatibility
SMS SERVICES:
All phones are compatible with these services.
WAP Services:
All phones with GPRS/EDGE/UMTS data connection mode can use the service; in many cases, at least on the most recent phones, the terminal is already prearranged for WAP navigation. In case this is not available, contact your mobile operator for the correct setting.
Video Service:
All phones with UMTS 3G access can use the services; check out coverage with your mobile operator.
Audio Service:
All phones are compatible for these services. |
